Property Taxes
Big Sky Ranch is under an open-range Agricultural Exemption. The Developer has provided the necessary forms to Hays County to maintain the current exemption.

Roads
Roads are constructed with Two Course Surface Treatment of oil and rock. Hays County will maintain Big Sky Ranch roads. Owners Association will maintain cattle guard and front entrance under current dues set forth.
